Cipher Integrations, Inc. was formed in response to the need for comprehensive technology services to small businesses in Florida.

Peter R. Rudden - Internet Technology
Peter coordinates and directs the Internet Technology group at Cipher Integrations. His specialty is in New Media marketing and corporate imaging through electronic means.
Stephen W. Baylis, CPA - Corporate Development
